WHAT IS A 'SPIRIT SAFARI'&
A'DOULA' WHY YOU NEED ONE?
Years ago, I accidentally signed up for my own Spirit Safari — the full meltdown-to-magic package.
I’d spent years helping others through life, work, and love as a strategist and change management and transformation specialist — basically a doula for grown-ups. But then my life blew up. Big time. Everything I thought was working… wasn’t. So I did the only thing left: I turned inward, upside down, and all the way around. I had to finally eat the same doula biscuits I’d been baking and handing out to others — and let me tell you, they’re a lot crunchier when they’re yours.
That’s the Spirit Safari. It’s the ride you take when life demands a reboot — raw, real, and ridiculously transformative. I share stories, insights, tools, and 1-on-1 support to help others go on their own spirit safari - rehauling their body, mind and/or soul.
We’re not doctors. We’re not gurus. We’re just the in-between crew — part guide, part cheerleader, part “WTF do I do now?” hotline. A doula is a support person for life’s big moments — not just births, but breakdowns, breakthroughs, and everything in between.
Think of us as your BFF/helper for your messy and/or magical becoming to help you help yourself - Find You. Feel You. Be You. Love You.
HOW DO WE HELP YOU HELP YOURSELF?
We have a bucket of goodies for you to explore and ponder on your own spirit safari to help understand and evolve your welbeing. I've never met anyone I didn't think was awesome in some way - or had the potential to live their best lives. However I have seen plenty of people feel like they don't know where to start or how choose / try things to help them feel like their efforts are heading in the right direction.
We help by providing a safe space to be ok, offering your tools, courses and 1 on 1 support. We try our best to be there for you!

1 on 1 Spirit Safari Services
Our services are definitely a little bit different but what we aim to do is be there for you in moments that are challenging and where you just need a friend and a safe zone or space to chat about everyday life.
We try to help you help yourself like a friend to not feel alone on things that matter.
We also try to find the right possible solutions or things you can try or do and talk through that to make your life better. A problem or challenge or triumph shared is a problem/challenge/triumph halved and thus feeling a whole lot better.
Life Doula / Death Doula
A doula in life is usually someone who there for those about to give birth, but sometimes there are other parts of life that are challenging and isolating to deal with. Whether you are about to take on an exciting big life change that's awesome but a bit scary, or, you are dealing with something like chronic or terminal illness or about to embark on the end of this mortal coil. Let us be there for you.
Wing Person
Sometimes trying to get into or have a relationship, let a lone a date is a scary or confusing propsect. And sometimes you friends might as well be your enemies as they are really more competition than a wing man or woman. Or even worse, dating apps are batshit crazy and what movies and the media say seems to not to make sense relative to what happening in real life is just weird.
Trying to figure out this dating or relationship stuff out on your own is just can feel hard. However it could be easier if you had a 'Wing Person'...Talk to us about how we can be that for you.
Celebration of You
We at Spirit Safari really genuinely love to share in peoples triumphs and key moments. We seriously are the ones that will always be happy for you and want to talk to you all about it - i.e. why it's awesome, what it took to get here, what does it mean to you and your world and then start talking about your next steps. We believe when your happy the whole world is better for it and it's inspiring for others! Sometimes it's hard to share that with those around you and to flesh that out further. Let us be there for you in such an important time.
